Staff Outsourcing was founded to serve the needs of our sister eCommerce company. As a fast-growing ecommerce company in the early 2000s we had a need for top-tier talent across multiple job roles. We had extreme difficulty hiring for those roles in the Midwest of the US where we are based and explored other solutions. We hired an outsourcing company, and it was a unmitigated disaster. We knew we could do better and went about forming our own office in Cebu, Philippines.

Enter Staff Outsourcing – We started with a small 8 seat office, and it has now morphed into a full-blown enterprise with nearly 1000 team members. We have multiple floors of a Class A building in the Cebu Business Park. Our neighbors include many Fortune 500 companies and various global business powerhouses. At Staff Outsourcing we are very proud of our facilities, and it allows us to attract and retain top-level employees for our clients. We have triple redundancy internet running into our facility and a full building backup generator for power.

We are experts in eCommerce and have sold almost a billion dollars online through our sister company. We bring this wealth of experience to serve our clients. Our clients love the fact that we are USA owned and manage to align well with business goals and processes in their home countries.
