24-7 Intouch recognized by Customer Magazine
Global contact center outsourcing company 24-7 Intouch has been recognized as a top contact center in six categories in TMC’s Customer 31st Annual Top 50 Contact Center Outsourcing Ranking. US-headquartered 24-7 Intouch, which recently expanded to the Philippines, was ranked 4th in the Top 50 Teleservices Agency by Customer Magazine. It also ranked 3rd in the Interactive category, 3rd in Outbound International, 4th in Inbound International, and 6th in Inbound Domestic categories with a Global Aggregate ranking of 4th overall. The Top 50 Contact Center Outsourcing Ranking recognizes the top inbound and outbound teleservices agencies, both domestic and international, as well as interactive inbound. 2016 marks the 10th consecutive year the company has ranked in the Top 50 Teleservices Agencies.
