This UK client has a startup in the travel sector. They currently have 1-2 employees. They have a Domain, but the website isn’t yet active. The client states that they aren’t very experienced in outsourcing, but they have fairly established processes for the roles to fit into.
Note, this client has completed 3 of 3 forms, 100% of the questions, and has added considerable comments. So please read through the forms, as you will get good insight into the requirements.
They are seeking 11-20 roles to start in 4-9 months, with ambitions / expectations of growing to 50-100 people in 12 months. They say the roles are highly specialised, requiring medium level skill sets, but involving complex sales conversations. This does require voice roles, but only soft sales. They describe the roles as:
Holiday booking sales
Employees will be required to speak clear English in a friendly and helpful manner. Customer satisfaction is extremely important. Employees must be able to take calls. Answer questions and place a holiday/travel booking on our systems. They must be comfortable using computer software. I expect the number of employees required to rise from 20 to around 50 or 100 within one year.
Employee will be holding conversations about the customers holiday booking preference. And if required the must try to find an alternative holiday option if customers primary option is not available.
I will be looking to outsource in around 3 to 5 months.
The client only completed 1 of the 3 forms, so there is less insight into their requirements. The client has verified their email. The email is a gmail version of their domain name (ie firstname.lastname@example.org). The have provided their web URL, but it isn’t yet active.
