PuzzleBox BPO Inc. is a Filipino and family-owned company founded on February 1, 2013. Erwin Manansala, the founder and President of PuzzleBox, oversees the day-to-day operations and IT department. Apple Manansala, co-founder and Vice President heads the business development and finance department. Erwin and Apple are the point of contact for all current and potential clients. All Team Managers and Support Officers such as IT, HR, and Admin report to Erwin and Apple.
