Shore360 mostly specializes in digital marketing, back-office services, and IT solutions. They offer staff leasing and offshoring in the level of co-management by handling payroll, onboarding, training, and other HR services. The company also provides professional services such as graphic design, accounting and finance, architectural, and engineering services. Currently, Shore360 caters to Australian clients in different sectors.

Their office is located at the Business Center 6 inside Philexcel Business Park in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga. The building is located inside the premises of Air Force City Golf Course and is near two educational institutions, an international school, and a public school, and has nearby banks across the street. 

Founded in 1993, Philexcel Business Park is considered the first and leading business park inside the Freeport Zone. Aside from BPOs, the Business Park also has a mix of residential, industrial, and retail spaces around the area.

The company is located inside the Clark Freeport Zone in Pampanga. A former American military base, it was redeveloped as Clark International Airport and Special Economic Zone in 1995, four years after the Mount Pinatubo eruption. Its main zone, the Clark Air Base, is renamed Clark Freeport Zone in 2007 under the administration of Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo. This opened the opportunity for foreign investors to locate their offices in the area.

Currently, the Clark Development Corporation (CDC) remains as its administrator, along with Clark Global City, Clark International Airport, and New Clark City.

Shore360 provides a shared office set up to let employees have a comfortable work environment. Audiovisual meeting rooms, teleconference rooms, and group meeting rooms are also included for remote work conferences. For visits, the company also lets them choose their preferred hotels for their stay. Employees also have breakout rooms, group meeting rooms, pantry, and staff amenities to let them engage with their coworkers.
