Atticus Solutions has offshore staffing for Netsuite, AWS, and administrative services and support. They offer co-managing solutions for offshore staff and take care of HR roles from recruitment, onboarding, to monitoring. The staff, meanwhile, reports directly to the clients and work with them throughout the term.
Currently, they cater to startups and have almost 70 employees serving different clients.

They have an office space in Centerpoint Bldg., along Garnet Road. Centerpoint Building is a class-B midrise building just right across Antel Global Corporate Center. Located in the middle of Ortigas, it is close to banks, corporate centers, and commercial establishments along the two streets.

The company is situated in the heart of Ortigas Center in Pasig City. One of the oldest towns in the Philippines, it became the provincial capital of Rizal until the formation of Metro Manila Commission in 1975. The former town became a highly-urbanized city in 1994 under Republic Act 7829 signed by former President Fidel V. Ramos.
Currently, Ortigas Center is the sole central business district (CBD) of Pasig City.

The company aims to erase the distinction between offshore and onshore staff. With this, depending on their clients, Atticus Solutions provides a shared office or a private room for the offshore staff. The company works as in a usual office setting, complete with workspaces, phones, internet connection, and meeting rooms.
