The company was initially established as a software development school back in 2013. In just a year, the school gave more than 800 alumni, 15 of which formed CodeRiders software outsourcing company in 2014.
The founder of CodeRiders had been working in one of the leading software development companies in Armenia. During his years as a regular senior software developer in an IT company, he had been observing the Armenian IT industry from the inside. He gathered a lot of valuable information about the field, segregated the pros and cons of the industry, and decided to establish his own company that would be different, innovative, and without the pitfalls that he noticed in the industry.
