7. You choose an outsourcing supplier

Then:

1. The outsourcing supplier will then confirm a job specification for the roles you require
2. Then a shortlist of candidates will be provided, from which you can asses
3. Once you have found the successful candidates, the outsourcing supplier will onboard your employee and you can start to work with them.

Depending on the number of roles, and role types, allow 2-4 weeks to start, once you have settled on an outsourcing supplier.
