What is Cloudstaff?
‘Cloudstaff’ or ‘cloud staffing’ is a term referring to turn-key offshore teams – which was originally coined by the outsourcing company, Cloudstaff Modern Workforce. A cloud staffing solution, in its simplest definition, means working without needing to be physically present in the employer’s office. With cloud staffing, you can hire a dedicated employee to work remotely at your preferred schedule.
The concept of cloud staffing is similar to cloud computing in that for the end-user the experience is plug-and-play, works seamlessly, and is provided over the internet. In reality, cloud computing requires a lot of infrastructure, including servers, networks and systems to run efficiently – and that is the same with cloud staffing. Cloud staffing allows the end-user to access efficient offshore teams, without involving themselves in the operational logistics of setting up and managing a team, the facilities and infrastructure.
