How can I access the OA Dashboard?

Can we create separate accounts for each user?

Yes, you can create separate accounts for each user. However, access to outbound opportunities and inbound inquiries is limited only to the paying account. You can share your login credentials with your team members to access the OA Dashboard simultaneously.

However, it's important to exercise caution and share your login details only with relevant team members. This helps maintain the security and integrity of your account.

Can we integrate our own CRM into the Source Partner Dashboard?

The Source Partner dashboard does not support APIs and integrations, but you can pass the lead information from your Outsource Accelerator email to your CRM using third-party automation tools such as Zapier or Mailparser.
