As a technical recruiter at our company, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, evaluating, and hiring top technical talent for our organization.

  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate pipeline management, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
  • Maintain a strong network of technical professionals and proactively source candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting to effectively attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to enhance and streamline the recruitment process through the use of applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools.
  • Participate in employer branding activities to promote our company as an employer of choice in the technical industry.

Qualifications and skills

To qualify for an interview, you must possess the following:

  • Minimum of X years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in an e-commerce or technology-focused industry
  • Proven track record of successfully hiring technical professionals, including software engineers, data scientists, and UX/UI designers
  • Strong understanding of different technologies and technical roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • Ability to effectively evaluate technical skills and experience through assessments and interviews
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to identify the best-fit candidates for each role
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools
  • In-depth knowledge of current sourcing and recruiting trends and best practices

Educational requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Relevant technical certifications (Certified Talent Acquisition Specialist, Certified IT Recruiter) is a plus

Working conditions
