February outsourcing performance

February was a strong month for Outsource Accelerator’s web traffic, with 839,117 page views (+43.7%) and 260,634 unique visitors (+44.2%). From this traffic, the platform generated a total of 1,564 inbound inquiries (-7.1%) coming from 63 countries, representing 28 sectors.

Of the 1,564 inquiries, there were 1,253 quotation requests (-5.7%) representing an estimated 5,186* full-time staff (+54.9%) with an outsourcing value of $155,580,000* (+54.9%). February saw a dramatic increase in the number of larger client requests – inquiring for 20, 50, and 100+ staff. It is only the second month where the platform exceeded $100m monthly value. Traffic was significantly higher due to the launch of the Time Doctor OA500 – an objective index of the world’s top 500 outsourcing firms. This resulted in higher traffic, but lower conversions, since the promotion of OA500 mostly attracted industry-participants.

For the last 12 months, outsourcing quotation inquiries came to a total value of $983,850,000* requesting a total of 32,795* full-time roles.

Outsource Accelerator generated over 55 inbound outsourcing inquiries for every day of the month in February. Of these 1,564 inquiries, there were 1,253 quotation requests. Here are six interesting examples:

Quality analysis

Outsource Accelerator analyses the data from all inquiries monitoring them for quality. The platform assesses lead quality on a range of validation, quality, and engagement metrics.

February’s outsourcing inquiries did suffer in quality and volume this month. There was an increase in ‘spam’ inquiries, although this was offset by a lot of very high-value inquiries.  This disruption was, in part, a result of the increased traffic from the OA500 launch, and associated activities. These have now been corrected.
