The demand for outsourcing services remained steady despite a temporary dip in web traffic during November. Outsource Accelerator (OA) ended the month with 564,047 page views from 209,117 unique visitors.
This seasonal trend typically happens as the holidays approach and businesses wind down their activities but is expected to pick up at the start of the new year.
From this traffic, OA generated 940 inquiries from 30 countries and 27 sectors.
Interestingly, OA saw a slight increase in the size and scope of requests, reflecting higher-value inquiries. This activity in November resulted in 867 quote requests representing 2,735 full-time employees (FTEs) with an estimated outsourcing value of $82,050,000*. Over the last 12 months, OA received 14,302 outsourcing inquiries including 11,787 quote requests. These requests represent a total of 34,648 FTEs with a lifetime outsourcing value of $1,039,440,000*.
