Outsourcing In Numbers: 18,075 full-time jobs worth $542m
2021 Performance review
While 2021 was a hard year for most industries, the outsourcing industry demonstrated a lot of operational resilience and has seen a lot of client-interest and growth.
In 2021, the Outsource Accelerator platform generated 2,069,719 page views (up 117%), and 6,505 inbound inquiries. The platform generated 2,104 phone consultations, and 4,603 quotation requests. The quotation requests generated role requests for 18,075 jobs worth an estimated $542,250,000* in value.
We expect the strong trend towards remote and outsourcing services to continue into 2022, and will reflect in web traffic and inquiries.
